Palestinian Alienation is a dramatic series that traces the Palestinian Nakba through the experiences of a poor rural family across three decades. Beginning in the 1930s under British Mandate rule, the narrative follows the family through the 1948 massacres and the 1967 defeat, capturing the upheaval that reshaped Palestinian society. Written by Palestinian poet Walid Seif and drawn from his own family history, the series was directed by Syrian filmmaker Hatem Ali.
