Phoenixsee(2016)

Phoenixsee is a German drama series set around an artificial lake in Dortmund, where wealth and working-class life collide. The newly affluent Hansmann family relocates from Düsseldorf to modern lakeside apartments, while the long-established Neuraths live just blocks away in their traditional neighbourhood. When the families' children attend the same school and join the same soccer team, their worlds intersect. Personal struggles, class tensions, and neighbourhood dynamics unfold as both families navigate their different circumstances and values in the same community.
