Unbreakable

Unbreakable is a reality series hosted by explorer Benedict Allen that pushes eight super-fit volunteers to their limits across four continents. From the Norwegian Arctic to the Sahara Desert, contestants face brutal survival challenges and intense military-style training designed to test both body and mind. Led by physical trainers and survival experts, they compete to outlast one another in some of the world's harshest environments. The series follows their journey as they learn to endure extreme conditions and overcome punishing obstacles in a bid to prove themselves truly unbreakable. Only those with exceptional mental fortitude and physical resilience will emerge victorious.
