Wolf Warriors(2017)

Wolf Warriors is a historical drama set in 1942 Shanghai, where patriotic businessman Huo Fei returns home and marries Xia Meng Yao, daughter of a wealthy entrepreneur. Alongside him arrives Luo Yun Kui, a Communist Party member tasked with a covert mission: use the Xia family's shipping business to smuggle vital medicines to mainland China. As the operation nears completion, Japanese military police captain Nobunaga Kimura intercepts the shipment, setting off a dangerous clash between resistance fighters and occupying forces. The series weaves together personal ambition, political ideology, and wartime intrigue as characters navigate loyalty, survival, and sacrifice during Japan's occupation of China.
