Manic is a drama following Lyle, a violent teenager sentenced to a juvenile psychiatric hospital instead of prison. There he meets a group of equally damaged teens—each carrying their own trauma, confusion, and rage. Abused and struggling to survive, these misfits form an unlikely bond that becomes Lyle's only anchor as he grapples with a world that offers little understanding or redemption. The film explores how broken young people cling to anger and each other when the system fails them, capturing the raw intensity of adolescence at its most desperate.
