Andula Wins is a Czech comedy about Pavel Haken, a wealthy bachelor determined to avoid marriage. With his servant's help, he dodges advances from eligible women at an exclusive ladies' club—until he meets Andula, a spirited taxi driver's daughter who works in the club cafeteria. Seeking refuge, Haken builds a secluded weekend villa, only to have his peace shattered when the club members camp on his property, courtesy of his mother's generous offer. Andula, now working in the camp kitchen, disrupts his carefully planned escape. As their worlds collide, the film explores whether Haken can maintain his bachelor status when faced with Andula's charm and determination.
