I Am Omega is a post-apocalyptic survival film set in Los Angeles, where a genetic infection has transformed humans into zombie-like cannibals. The city has descended into chaos, and Renchard, a local survivor, faces a daily battle for existence. He searches for radio signals in hopes of finding other survivors while simultaneously pursuing a cure for the plague ravaging humanity. Isolated and hunted, Renchard must navigate the dangerous ruins of LA, scavenging for supplies and avoiding the infected hordes that roam the wasteland. His quest becomes a desperate race against time—both to locate a potential cure and to find proof that civilization, or at least other survivors, still exists beyond the infected zone.
