Pumpkinhead: Blood Feud is a horror film that erupts from a forbidden romance between Jodie Hatfield and Ricky McCoy. When their affair is discovered, Ricky summons the vengeful demon Pumpkinhead to destroy the Hatfield family. Ed Harley's ghost warns him away, but Ricky's rage overrides caution. As the creature lays siege to the Hatfield house, the two feuding families initially blame each other rather than accept the legend. Only when Pumpkinhead's attacks escalate do the Hatfields and McCoys set aside their ancient rivalry to survive the demon's wrath. The film pits family pride against supernatural terror, forcing enemies to unite or perish.
