Carny(2009)

The carnival is anything but fun.

Carny is a horror film set in rural Nebraska when a traveling carnival arrives with a caged attraction: the legendary Jersey Devil. After the creature escapes and kills several townspeople, local sheriff Sam Atlas assembles a tracking team to hunt it down. But the beast isn't Sam's only threat. The town's pastor, consumed by rage over his son's death, plots his own violent revenge, determined to unleash hellfire on the carnival and everyone connected to it. As the sheriff races to stop both the monster and the vengeful clergyman, the small community descends into chaos and bloodshed.
