Detective Conan: Full Score of Fear is a mystery film centered on a series of murders targeting graduates of a prestigious music academy led by renowned former pianist Doumoto Kazuteru. Conan and his friends are invited to the opening concert of Doumoto's newly built concert hall, where the program features a historic pipe organ once played by Bach, a Stradivarius violin, and a performance by gifted singer Akiniwa Reiko, who possesses perfect pitch. As the concert approaches, suspicious incidents begin to unfold, threatening to derail the event and revealing darker secrets connected to the academy's past. The investigation intensifies as Conan works to uncover the killer's identity before tragedy strikes again.
