Rosemary(1958)

It is the true story of a certain "young lady" known simply as Rosemary to her many admirers.

Rosemary is a 1950s West German drama set during the nation's postwar economic boom. Rosemarie, an ambitious entrepreneur, seduces members of the industrial elite to extract their business secrets, which she then sells to French competitors. As her scheme flourishes amid the era's rapid wealth creation, a scandal threatens to expose her. Caught between her ambitions and the entrenched power structures she's challenged, Rosemarie discovers that outsmarting the system has limits. The film captures a woman's cunning rise and inevitable collision with forces far larger than herself.
