A Cool Fish is a crime thriller that follows two fugitive criminals who seek refuge in the apartment of a quadriplegic woman after a botched robbery. Their desperate gambit sets off a chain reaction when her brother, a disgraced cop desperate for redemption, discovers them and sees an opportunity to reclaim his standing in the police force. Caught between the criminals and her brother's ambitions, the woman becomes central to a tense standoff where trust is currency and survival depends on outsmarting everyone else. The film explores how desperation drives unlikely alliances and moral compromises, as each character pursues their own agenda within the confined space of the apartment.
