The Raid(1977)

The Raid is a Turkish crime drama following Murat, a ruthless mafia boss whose world collapses when his pregnant wife Nilgün dies during a smuggling operation. Desperate and facing arrest, Murat entrusts his newborn son Deniz to Commissioner Şahin, the very lawman hunting him down in Istanbul's Beyoğlu district. What begins as an unlikely arrangement becomes a dangerous game of survival as Şahin's enemies target the boy, forcing the commissioner to protect the mobster's child while navigating the brutal underworld that refuses to let either of them go.
