Shoot the Living and Pray for the Dead is a western following Dan Hogan and his gang after they steal $100,000 in gold bars from a bank. Holed up at Jackal's Ranch, a stagecoach waystation, they're joined by a mysterious stranger named John Webb, who demands half the gold in exchange for safe passage to Mexico. Dan reluctantly agrees, and the group pushes across unforgiving desert terrain while Rangers pursue them relentlessly. But Webb's true intentions remain unclear—is he genuinely guiding them to safety, or does he harbor a hidden agenda? The film becomes a tense race against time and law, where trust becomes as scarce as water in the wasteland, and survival depends on reading the men around you.
