Happy Here and Now is a thriller that follows a young girl determined to locate her missing sister. An ex-CIA agent becomes her unlikely ally, bringing expertise and access to hidden information. Together they uncover disturbing fragments of private conversations between the missing girl and a softcore pornographer, revealing a darker side of the online world. As the investigation deepens, the pair must navigate dangerous territory where predators lurk behind screens. The film explores themes of vulnerability in the digital age while building tension around what really happened to the sister and how far down the rabbit hole the truth goes.
