Prema Sandadi is a Telugu film about Vijay Krishna, a musician from a devoted musical family who lives with his sisters, their husbands, and his uncle. When his father pressures him to marry, Vijay becomes obsessed with finding a girl from his dreams—he remembers only a distinctive mole beside her navel. His search intensifies when his father arranges a marriage to Kalyani, a woman from a nearby village who also comes from a musical family. As Vijay pursues his mysterious dream girl, he must navigate between duty to his family and his heart's true desire, all while discovering whether Kalyani might be the woman he's been seeking.
