Dum follows Uday, a determined young man with a singular ambition: to become a police officer and serve his country. His unwavering pursuit of this dream is tested when he encounters Shankar, a corrupt cop who represents the very corruption Uday hopes to fight. Just as Uday navigates this moral conflict, he meets Kaveri, a television employee whose arrival throws his life into unexpected chaos. Caught between his ideals and personal upheaval, Uday must decide what he's willing to sacrifice for his principles.
