Dhill(2001)

Dhill is a Tamil action film centered on Velu, an ambitious young man determined to join the police force. When a corrupt officer attempts to assault Velu's girlfriend Asha at a beachside restaurant, Velu intervenes violently, leaving the officer scarred and humiliated.
