Patth is a crime drama following Avi, a young man from a poor family who seeks revenge for his sister Nandini's murder at the hands of gangster Bhullar. When Avi and his friends Golu and Hari confront Bhullar's boss, Vaman Rao, they impress him with their boldness and are recruited into his gang. The three rise quickly through the ranks, becoming Vaman's most trusted lieutenants. Their loyalty is tested when corrupt police inspector Rokde discovers Golu's affair with his wife and demands blood. Vaman, prioritizing his deal with Rokde, orders Golu's execution. Betrayed, Avi and Hari turn against their mentor, launching a desperate fight against overwhelming odds. Hunted by both Vaman's crew and the police, they find themselves trapped on a path with no escape.
