The Tapes(2020)

The Tapes is a Philippine mystery series set in 1999, following Officer Sonny Cruz as he receives cryptic videotapes depicting a woman who disappeared three years earlier. Stationed in a remote mountain town, Sonny and his partner Officer Alice Lagaac investigate the disturbing footage, only to find themselves drawn into a dark web of supernatural occurrences and occult activity. What begins as a routine missing-persons case spirals into something far more sinister, blending procedural crime drama with elements of horror and the paranormal. The series explores how two ordinary police officers confront forces beyond their understanding in their small, isolated community.
