Wonderland(2020)
Wonderland is a French series following Jeremy, a 33-year-old Parisian drifter searching for belonging. When he stumbles upon The Wonderland, a vibrant live-music club run by the charismatic Tony, Jeremy takes a job as bartender. Surrounded by photographs documenting the venue's history, he becomes fixated on one image: a woman on a Biarritz beach from 1960. After a single night working at the club, Jeremy inexplicably finds himself transported to that same beach, decades in the past. What begins as a mystery of displacement becomes a journey through time, as Jeremy navigates the 1960s and uncovers the secrets behind the photograph that changed everything. The series blends romance, nostalgia, and magical realism as Jeremy searches for answers—and perhaps the connection he's always lacked.
