To Me, It's Simply You is a Thai romantic drama following Kiew, a Bangkok-based villager from Isan who returns to his rural hometown after a painful breakup. There he encounters Chompoo, a woman working the land his grandmother owns, and their initial clash is immediate—Kiew wants to sell the property while Chompoo fiercely opposes losing her livelihood. As they spend time together, Kiew begins to see past her defiant exterior to the genuine person beneath. Caught between his urban ambitions and unexpected feelings, Kiew must decide whether to pursue his original plan or risk opening his heart to someone rooted in the life he tried to escape.
