Insomnia is a psychological drama series following Yuri, a 43-year-old psychiatrist and committed skeptic whose rational worldview crumbles under the weight of his own nightmares. Haunted by visions of his ex-wife, who died by suicide years earlier, and plagued by insomnia, Yuri drowns his nights in alcohol and fleeting encounters at a strip club. When he meets Anya, a young dancer, he finds himself unexpectedly drawn to her. His life shifts when a desperate mother seeks his help for her son, who suffers from terrifying dreams. As Yuri investigates the boy's case, he uncovers disturbing evidence suggesting reincarnation may be real—and discovers the boy holds the key to understanding his own haunting visions.
