Luoyang(2021)

Luoyang is a Chinese historical drama set during the Wu Zhou period, when Wu Zetian's radical imperial examination system threatens the power of traditional aristocrats. Desperate to stop her rise to the throne, the ruling class plots against her. The protagonist Pei Kun arrives in the divine city of Luoyang as a fugitive and becomes embroiled in a mysterious "fox demon" case. As supernatural murders plague the capital, Pei Kun must navigate treacherous political intrigue, dark secrets, and otherworldly forces while evading those who hunt him.
