Detention(1999)

Detention is an animated series following eight mischievous sixth graders at Benedict Arnold Middle School in Oak Forest who are perpetual fixtures in the detention room. Each student brings their own brand of chaos to the school day, whether through pranks, rule-breaking, or simple bad luck. Despite their best efforts to fly under the radar and avoid punishment, they keep landing back in detention. The show captures the everyday struggles of middle school life—friendship, fitting in, and navigating authority—through the eyes of kids who seem magnetically drawn to trouble.
