Runaway(2022)

Runaway is a Turkish series following Mehmet, a war photographer, and his reporter friend Ilker as they illegally cross the border with a German activist group led by Zeynep to reach a Yazidi village. When the village is raided by a radical terrorist organization, the group is captured and forced into a desperate fight for survival. Trapped in an escalating crisis, they must navigate impossible odds to escape their captors and return home. The series blends political tension with high-stakes action as ordinary people confront extraordinary danger in a volatile conflict zone.
