Hellground is a German crime series set in a picturesque Black Forest village that turns sinister when the beloved local doctor dies under suspicious circumstances. The village police officer suspects foul play, and what begins as a single death investigation spirals into a web of interconnected murders. As secrets buried deep within the tight-knit community surface, the case grows darker and more complex. The series explores how a seemingly peaceful small-town facade masks hidden tensions, betrayals, and dangerous rivalries among its residents.
