Fallen is a supernatural drama series following Luce, a young woman imprisoned in Sword & Cross, a mysterious rehab facility, for a crime she cannot recall committing. Trapped alongside other troubled residents—including the magnetic Daniel and charming Cam—Luce finds herself under the oppressive control of the sinister Dr. Howson and watched closely by devout twin sisters Miriam and Sophia. As she struggles to piece together her fractured memory and understand her inexplicable bond with Daniel, Fallen weaves together dark secrets and hints of a connection that transcends their present circumstances. The series blends psychological tension with supernatural elements as Luce races to uncover the truth about her identity and the forces that have drawn her and Daniel together across time itself.
