Oh My Sweetheart is a Thai drama series about three best friends whose misunderstanding and jealousy fracture into a rivalry that haunts the next generation. Dontree, a gifted musician, abandons the piano after a tragic accident kills his brother. His father Danu struggles to keep his music label afloat, relying on songs Dontree writes anonymously. Their rival Tul, now running the successful Music Universe label, built his empire by stealing Danu's past work. When Soodrak, a determined young woman from a media family, encourages Dontree to pursue music again, the two join a music club together—only to discover their senior Trin is Tul's son.
