State of Divinity is a martial arts series following Ling-wu Chung, an unremarkable student at Wah Mount Sect who becomes an exceptional swordsman under legendary master Yeung. Jealous of Chung's progress, his own master Kwan drives him away and secretly sows chaos across the land, hunting for Kwai Fa Bo Din—a forbidden text containing the most powerful martial techniques. Chung unexpectedly rises to lead the Hang Mount Sect, where he falls for Kwan's daughter. When she betrays him, he turns his affections to the Devil Sect leader's daughter, igniting a dangerous love triangle.
