Sao Noi Roi Lan is a Thai drama series following Noi, a gifted country singer from Chang Village in Surin Province who dreams of stardom. Orphaned as a child after her mother's death, Noi lives with her grandmother Kham and aunt-in-law Pen, alongside her cousin Mali—a childhood rival who has harbored resentment toward her for years. Noi's mother had abandoned the family to pursue a relationship with a traveling likay performer, becoming pregnant before returning home and dying shortly after giving birth. As Noi navigates her ambitions in the music industry, she must contend with family tensions, Mali's antagonism, and the weight of her tragic past.
