Sin pecado concebido is a Spanish-language drama following Mariana, a woman raised at the Martorel family's perfume factory and ranch until a traumatic event sends her to a convent. There, she finds spiritual guidance and contemplates religious life. Years later, her father's death forces her return to the ranch, where she reunites with Adrián, the Martorals' son, who has recently completed his studies in Chicago. The two discover their youthful love remains intact. However, Adrián is now engaged to the scheming Raquel, who will stop at nothing to keep them apart.
