False Flag(2015)

False Flag is an Israeli thriller series inspired by the 2010 assassination of Hamas official Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai. Five ordinary citizens wake to discover they've been publicly named as the prime suspects in a high-profile kidnapping they didn't commit. Caught in a nightmare of mistaken identity and political intrigue, they must navigate a web of deception, media scrutiny, and international pressure to prove their innocence. As the investigation deepens, the line between victim and suspect blurs, and each character's past becomes fair game. The series explores how ordinary lives can be upended by circumstance and how far people will go when falsely accused of a crime that could spark an international incident.
