Mary Kills People is a dark drama series about Dr. Mary Harris, an emergency physician and single mother leading a dangerous double life. By night, she operates as an underground euthanasia provider, helping terminally ill patients end their suffering on their own terms. As her clandestine practice expands, Mary struggles to keep her two worlds separate. When her carefully constructed facade begins to crack, she's forced to navigate increasingly murky moral and legal territory to protect her secret and survive. The series explores the tension between compassion and criminality, following Mary as she walks a razor's edge between her oath to heal and her mission to end suffering.
