Cover-Up Band(2019)

Cover-Up Band is a 1970s crime drama following a gang of musicians who use their touring schedule as cover for stealing and trafficking art and antiques. Police suspect a famous singer leads the operation, but years of careful planning have kept them one step ahead. To infiltrate the group, law enforcement assembles an undercover band fronted by a former professional guitarist turned cop. Through a fortunate twist, the undercover musicians land a gig as the celebrity singer's backing band—putting them in perfect position to gather evidence. But as they're drawn deeper into the world of money, fame, and privilege that surrounds their target, the officers face a dangerous temptation: abandon their mission and embrace the criminal lifestyle they've been sent to expose. Loyalty to the force clashes with the allure of a life most could never afford.
