Fancy Lala(1998)

Fancy Lala is a magical girl anime series that follows Miho Shinohara, a nine-year-old who receives a mysterious gift: two living stuffed dinosaurs and a magic sketchbook. Using the sketchbook and pen, Miho can draw creatures and objects into existence, though her control is imperfect. She also discovers she can transform into a teenage version of herself called Fancy Lala.
