Hotel Stars is a Thai reality competition series following ten university interns selected for an exclusive program at LP Paradise Hotel. The interns rotate through three core departments—kitchen, housekeeping, and reception—while completing special missions designed to test their hospitality skills and work ethic. Two standout performers will earn permanent positions and competitive salaries; top achievers may also qualify for international training opportunities. As the interns navigate demanding tasks and face rigorous evaluation from management and supervisors, personal tensions and budding relationships threaten to derail their ambitions. Can all ten candidates demonstrate the professionalism and resilience required to succeed, or will interpersonal conflict sabotage their chances at Hotel Stars' coveted prizes?
