Fuse is a Soviet and Russian satirical comedy series that aired roughly 500 episodes, blending documentary, fictional, and animated segments into each installment. The show targeted both adults and children, with episodes aimed at younger viewers branded as Little Fuse. Directed by various artists including the legendary Leonid Gaidai, the series featured the celebrated trio of Nikulin, Vitsin, and Morgunov. Known in the USSR as "anecdotes from the Soviet government," Fuse became a cultural institution by skewering bureaucratic absurdity and social foibles through sharp, accessible comedy.
