Guard(2015)

Guard is a Ukrainian drama series set against the backdrop of the Euromaidan protests and Russia's intervention in Ukraine. The story follows former adversaries—an internal troops officer and civilian protesters—who find themselves united in the newly formed National Guard. Thrown together by circumstance and necessity, these young soldiers must overcome their ideological differences and personal conflicts to become a cohesive fighting force. As they endure brutal military training and face real combat, yesterday's enemies discover what it takes to defend their homeland. The series explores themes of sacrifice, redemption, and national identity through the eyes of ordinary people transformed by extraordinary circumstances.
