Naseeb(1988)

Naseeb is a Kuwaiti drama following Abdullah, who returns home from America eager to marry his foreign girlfriend. His parents, however, have other plans and pressure him to wed local women instead. Caught between filial duty and personal desire, Abdullah agrees to his family's wishes, only to find each marriage crumbles under the weight of incompatibility and cultural friction. As he navigates failed unions and family expectations, Abdullah must ultimately choose between honoring tradition and pursuing the love that drew him back to his homeland. The series explores the tension between individual choice and familial obligation in contemporary Gulf society.
