Pretty Cure(2004)
Pretty Cure is a magical girl series following two contrasting middle schoolers: Nagisa Misumizuki, an athletic and popular student with a strong sense of justice, and Honoka Yukishiro, an academically gifted girl hiding her airheaded nature. When they encounter mysterious creatures named Mepple and Mipple who have fled their homeland, the Light Garden, from the evil Dork Zone, the girls are granted the power to transform and fight back. Despite their different personalities and interests, Nagisa and Honoka must combine their strengths to battle the dark forces threatening both worlds. Together, they discover that their unlikely partnership holds the key to protecting Earth and restoring peace to the magical realm they've been drawn into.
