Goodbye Vinyle is a 1950s French drama centred on a love triangle that spirals into tragedy. Ève Faugère, a celebrated singer at the height of her fame, is caught between her husband Maurice, a renowned author who built her career, and Jean Leprat, her pianist and secret lover. As jealousy festers among them, a Machiavellian scheme emerges—one that also ensnares Florence, an ambitious young singer determined to dethrone Ève. The film explores how ambition, passion and manipulation intertwine, with danger lurking in unexpected places. Someone is orchestrating a deadly game, their poisonous influence spreading through the vinyl records that dominate the era.
