Arhats in Fury(1985)

Arhats in Fury is a martial arts film set during the Sung Dynasty, where a strict monastic order enforces brutal discipline even as external threats loom. When the evil Jins invade, the martial arts master Zhi Xing helps defend the realm but faces harsh punishment for practicing kung fu without permission. A beautiful female swordmaster leads the local militia loyal to the Emperor and forms an alliance with some of the monks to combat the invasion. Among them is a monk with the mystical ability to summon animals and birds to aid in battle. The film blends action, spiritual conflict, and loyalty as the monks navigate their rigid code while fighting for survival against overwhelming odds.
