Dead Mary is a horror film that follows teenager Kim and her friends during a lakeside getaway that turns deadly. When they play the supernatural game "Dead Mary," they unknowingly summon a murderous spirit. As the body count climbs, the friends face an impossible choice: kill each other or die themselves. Trapped by the curse, they must confront the horrifying consequences of their mistake while fighting for survival against both the entity and each other.
