Die Frau von früher is a German drama about a family uprooted by professional failure. Frank, Claudia, and their teenage son are packed and ready to leave for Toronto when Frank's childhood sweetheart Romy unexpectedly arrives at their door. Twenty-four years earlier, Frank made her a promise of eternal love—one she's now determined to collect.
