Project Shadowchaser II is a sci-fi action thriller in which terrorists commanded by an android seize control of a nuclear power plant and threaten to fire a missile at Washington. As government negotiators scramble to defuse the crisis, the insurgents pursue their true objective. A plant employee, her young son, and a gruff repairman trapped inside the facility decide to take matters into their own hands, launching a desperate bid to stop the terrorists before they can execute their plan.
