Dead Sign(2013)

Dead Sign is a horror film that follows art student Kangsheng and his classmates as they return to his remote hometown village to document ancient murals. When they witness a fatal car accident, Kangsheng's girlfriend Wangzhi accidentally disrupts a local witchcraft ritual meant to honor the deceased. Shaken, the group takes shelter at an inn run by Kangsheng's mother. The next day, while searching for murals in a nearby cave, they discover a strange hand-painted sign—an artifact that sets off a chain of supernatural events. As the mysteries deepen, the group must confront the village's dark traditions and the consequences of their intrusion into forces they don't understand.
