Jazz Icons: Oscar Peterson Live in '63, '64 & '65 is a concert film capturing the legendary pianist's trio at its peak. Oscar Peterson leads bassist Ray Brown and drummer Ed Thigpen through performances recorded across three years in Finland and Sweden. The trio, widely regarded as Peterson's finest ensemble, collaborates with trumpeters Clark Terry and Roy Eldridge to recreate the energy of the Jazz at the Philharmonic tours. Highlights include Peterson and Terry's playful take on "Mumbles" and the trio's rendition of "Tonight" from West Side Story—marking its first commercial video release.
