Twins of Evil is a Gothic horror film in which Count Karstein's dabbling in Satanism awakens the vampire Mircalla Karnstein, who transforms him into one of the undead. As deaths plague the village, Gustav, a zealous Puritan leader, launches a brutal campaign to root out the supernatural evil. His twin nieces become caught in the chaos: one falls under vampiric influence while the other, innocent Maria, faces execution by Gustav's fanatical hand. Frieda, the corrupted twin, remains free to pursue her dark desires. The film pits religious hysteria against genuine supernatural threat, trapping the innocent in a deadly conflict between faith and evil.
