Queen's Bench III(1990)

Queen's Bench III is a 1990 Hong Kong courtroom drama that reunites the golden trio of Tony Leung Ka Fai, Carol Cheng, and Alfred Cheung following their box office success with Her Fatal Ways. Alfred Cheung writes, directs, produces, and stars as Chang, an idealistic young lawyer defending Fai, a man accused of murdering a girl in the woods. Convinced of his client's innocence, Chang must outmaneuver the ruthless prosecutor Fang while uncovering the real killer. With support from fellow lawyer Carrie Ng and Fai's girlfriend Carina Lau—who also serves as a key witness—Chang navigates a treacherous legal battle.
